The application has a total of 4 forms. Be sure to submit all forms or it will delay processing.

You must have at least one child in 1st grade (age 6) or above to apply.

KINDER & UNDER AGES
- Nursery is age 2 and under.
- Preschool is for 3 year olds who are potty trained. If your child is not potty trained, please enroll in nursery.
- Pre-K is age 4
- Kinder is age 5
